Changing a user account

    You can make changes to a user's account at any time. For example, you can set a new name, Internet alias, password, or administrative privileges.

    To make changes to a user's account:
    1 Open Mac OS Server Admin and log on to the server you want to administer.
    2 Press the Users & Groups button and choose Show Users & Groups List.
    3 Double-click the user you want to edit.
    4 Make the changes you want to the user settings.
    5 Click Save.
    Be sure to tell the user if you've changed his or her general information, password, mail settings, or group membership.
